1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Judge Me mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Judge Me grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on the App
• use the App in violation of applicable law or regulation
• attempt to bypass purchase, entitlement, or advertising systems

3. Premium Pack Purchases

Judge Me may offer optional paid content, including premium packs, through Apple, Google, or other supported storefronts.

• payment is charged through the store account you use for purchase
• purchase processing and billing are handled by the relevant platform providers
• restores, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the policies of those providers
• deleting the App does not automatically cancel or reverse any completed purchase

4. Sharing and User Responsibility

The App may let you generate and share result cards, screenshots, captions, and similar content based on your gameplay.

You are responsible for how you use and share that content, including where you post it and who receives it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to prompts, commentary, results, graphics, user interface, branding, and code, is owned by Judge Me or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Judge Me is a game provided for entertainment only. It does not provide therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, crisis support, diagnosis, or any other professional service.

Verdicts, commentary, personality labels, and other in-app content are not professional advice, diagnosis, or factual assessments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Judge Me shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, revenue, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Mature and Confrontational Content

Judge Me is intentionally sharp, provocative, and confrontational. By using the App, you understand that some prompts, labels, and commentary may be uncomfortable, rude, or offensive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
